Frequently Asked Questions

Is the submission itself paid?
No. Suggesting a game is free and creates no obligation for either party.
Why is there a one-time contribution?
Creating a professional physical release requires substantial upfront development, design and production preparation before a single copy can be sold. The contribution shares that initial investment. In return, the partner gains a complete physical edition that can remain available to fans for as long as both parties wish to continue — while earning an agreed royalty on every sale.
How does Reboxy keep editions available for the long term?
By producing sustainably. We manufacture in carefully planned batches that keep inventory and financial risk manageable, while allowing us to produce another batch whenever demand and practical conditions support it. This way, the edition can remain available without requiring the partner to fund each production run.
How long does it take to create an edition?
On average, around two to three months from first contact to the finished physical product, provided that the partner can supply the required materials, feedback and approvals promptly. More complex editions or additional licensing and technical requirements may take longer.
Do we give Reboxy ownership or exclusivity?
No. The partner retains ownership of the game and our agreements are normally non-exclusive.
Must the game include physical media?
Not necessarily. CD or DVD-ROM is included only where it is available, technically suitable and compatible with the agreed licensing conditions. A download card may be used instead or alongside physical media.
Which games are suitable?
We consider completed PC games with a clear visual identity, suitable production assets and an identifiable audience. Each proposal is reviewed individually.
