2. About Reboxy products
Reboxy publishes physical boxed editions inspired by the classic PC game era.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual product description, Reboxy products are physical collector-oriented editions which may include, for example:
-
big box packaging
-
printed manuals
-
posters
-
jewel-case inlays
-
pressed or duplicated optical media
-
digital activation / redeem codes
Each product page contains the specific description of the contents of that edition.
Product images are illustrative. Because some editions are manufactured in smaller batches and may contain hand-assembled or batch-produced elements, minor variations in production details may occur.
3. Ordering process
Orders are placed through the online store at store.reboxy.net.
By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract of sale is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
The seller reserves the right not to accept an order, especially in cases of:
-
incorrect or incomplete customer details
-
obvious pricing errors
-
suspected fraudulent activity
-
stock unavailability
-
technical errors affecting the order process
If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed without undue delay.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the online store are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price valid for the customer is the price shown at the moment the order is placed.
5. Payment terms
The customer may use the payment methods currently offered in the checkout of the online store.
The order must be paid in full before dispatch, unless another payment method is explicitly offered.
If payment is not completed, the seller may cancel the order.
6. Delivery and shipping
Goods are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer in the order.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier capacity, seasonal delays, or other circumstances outside the seller’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Risk of damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.
7. Nature of the goods
Many Reboxy products are collector’s physical editions intended to recreate or reinterpret the feel of classic boxed PC games.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description:
-
software rights remain with the respective rights holders
-
digital codes are subject to the terms of the respective platform providers
-
compatibility of software with modern hardware or operating systems is governed by the platform and software provider, not by Reboxy
-
printed materials and packaging are part of the physical edition concept and may differ from original historical releases
Where a product includes a digital code, optical disc, or installer media, the exact scope of use is described on the relevant product page.
8. Availability and limited stock
Product availability may be limited. Some items may be produced in small runs or assembled in batches.
The seller does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific edition unless explicitly stated.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the seller will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, such as delayed shipment, replacement, or refund.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If the customer is a consumer, they may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform the seller by e-mail or other clear written notice within the withdrawal period.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases permitted by applicable law, especially for:
-
sealed audio, video, or software products if the seal has been broken after delivery
-
goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
-
other goods excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer legislation
If a particular product falls under such an exception, this may also be stated on the product page.
11. Damaged shipment / incorrect goods
Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the package and goods as soon as reasonably possible.
If the shipment is visibly damaged, the customer should ideally report the issue to the carrier and contact the seller without undue delay.
If the customer receives incorrect goods or goods damaged in transit, they should contact the seller at returns@reboxy.net and include:
-
order number
-
description of the issue
-
photographs if possible
The seller will assess the claim and propose an appropriate solution.
12. Complaints and defective goods
The customer is entitled to rights arising from defective performance in accordance with applicable law.
If goods have a defect, the customer should contact the seller without undue delay after discovering it.
The complaint should include:
-
order number
-
description of the defect
-
photographs or other supporting information where possible
The seller will handle the complaint within the time limits required by applicable law.
Normal wear, minor variations in handmade or small-batch production, and characteristics explicitly described on the product page do not automatically constitute defects.
13. Digital codes and downloadable content
If a product includes a digital code, voucher, or similar digital entitlement:
-
the code is intended for the use described on the product page
-
the customer is responsible for redeeming and using the code in accordance with the rules of the relevant digital platform
-
the code must not be resold unless permitted by applicable law and platform rules
-
once a digital code has been delivered or revealed, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by law
If a code is technically invalid on delivery, the customer should contact the seller promptly.

Reboxy editions are produced under rights, permissions, or licenses where applicable, as specified by the seller.
15. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
The customer must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt fraudulent transactions.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for:
-
indirect or consequential damages
-
delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
-
incompatibility, policy changes, or service interruptions of third-party digital platforms
-
typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or temporary website unavailability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
17. Privacy and personal data
Information on how personal data is processed is provided in the separate Privacy Policy available on this website.
18. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country provide otherwise.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless applicable law provides otherwise for consumer disputes.
19. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
If the customer is a consumer, they may have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution under applicable law.

Website: www.coi.cz
Consumers within the EU may also use relevant EU consumer dispute mechanisms where available.
20. Final provisions
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The version valid and effective at the time the order is placed shall apply to that order.
These Terms and Conditions become effective on 15.3.2026.
