Returns & Refund Policy

We are only humans and machines are only machines. Mistakes might happen.

If something goes wrong, we want to make it right — simply, fairly, and without unnecessary hassle.

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, send us two photos and your order number to returns@reboxy.net. We will replace the affected items free of charge, including shipping.

• You can return any product in original condition for a full refund (100 %).

• In such case we refund the product price and the original shipping costs.

• No forms, no hassle — just contact us and we’ll sort it out fairly.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any missing or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Send at least two photos documenting the issue

• Include your order number

• Contact us at returns@reboxy.net

Once verified, we will replace the missing or damaged item free of charge, including shipping costs.
You will never be asked to cover replacement or shipping fees in these cases.

Not happy with your order?

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us.

• The item must be returned in original condition

• Please contact us in advance at returns@reboxy.net to arrange the return

• Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund (100 %)

This refund includes the original purchase price and shipping costs.
